Healthy eating is important for us in our daily life.
Food can give us energy and hg elp us build up our body. How should we eat to be healthier?
First we should have enough clean food each meal.
Second it's important to keep a balanced diet. Third we should have a regular meal.
I'm sure we will all be healthy one day!
I have a healthy eating habit . Because it is very important for my health.
First I often eat more vegetables and fruits and less meat .
Second I eat as many kinds of food as i can for my breakfast so that it can provide me enough energy for a day.
Third I eat less for supper .
Finally I eat more grain vegetables and protein and less sugar and salt.
Hamburger is my favourite food and milk is my favourite drink.
I like eating hamburgers if we eat too many.
People become fat and unhealthy if they don't eat fruits or vegetables.
I had the habit to drink milk every day when I was a child.I think milk is not natrual any more.
Heath is important to us. Good choice of food and drink can keep us health.
